West County Presentations
Join us at the Senior Center for a live, big-screen exploration of West County’s enchantment. Starting Sat, Feb 7th. Steve Thomas will feature 24 dynamic lectures focused on the many wonders of West County.
Each presentation is highly visual and will delve into topics such as early local history, our unique climate, nature’s magical blends, the region’s inventive economy, the mysteries of the redwoods, the future of water and energy, and much more.

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention
Would you like to improve your balance and wellbeing?
You will: Improve joint comfort and mobility Improve balance and reduce fall risk Improve strength and flexibility Reduce stress, have more peace of mind and have FUN!
This program of slow, gentle stretches is an easy, enjoyable activity designed to improve balance and reduce arthritis symptoms. The classes will be sequential with each week building upon the prior week's class. Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention can be done by people of all fitness levels either standing or seated. |
